How I Coach
Coaching isn't advice-giving or consulting. It's a structured, collaborative process that helps you see yourself and your situation more clearly - and move forward with intention.

My approach is built around three core ideas:

Leading Yourself First The most effective leaders aren't necessarily the most technically skilled - they're the most self-aware. We start with how you lead yourself: how you handle pressure, communicate under stress, relate to uncertainty, and show up for the people around you. Everything else builds from there.

Shifting How You Think Your results are downstream of your thinking. When something isn't working - a relationship with a direct report, a pattern of avoidance, a persistent sense of not being enough - we look at the beliefs and assumptions driving the behavior, not just the behavior itself. This is where real change happens.

Making It Stick Insight without application doesn't last. We work together to translate what you're learning into concrete shifts in how you lead day to day. The goal isn't a temporary performance boost - it's building the kind of self-awareness and leadership capacity that stays with you long after our work together ends.
